Board of Directors Meeting
November 2, 2004

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

Attendance:
President - Mark Bozik
Vice President - Elizabeth Klages
2nd Vice President - Kevin Fatten
Treasurer - Michael Savini
Secretary - (Vacant)

Eight properties have 2004 outstanding assessments. The board approved for the attorney to file for litigation for all past due assessments.

Letters will be sent to all properties that are in violation of the fence ordinance.

Mark will ask OAM for the budget for the 2005 year.

Mike will pursue some other alternatives for the financial accounting for the Homeowners Association.

Mark to find out what it will take to get out of the OAM contract.

Kevin will get the website back up and running.

Mike will investigate non-resident, no trespassing signs for the lake area.

EJ will send out bid packages for the lawn care/landscaping contract.

The storage container will be placed on the east side of the entranceway near the wall.

Kevin will put up a sign for the annual meeting in December.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:04 pm
