Board of Directors Meeting
March 12, 2003

Meeting called to order at 7:40 pm

Minutes for February were not available for review.

Treasurer’s Report
Refer to financials from OAM. Note the balance statement is from December 2002 and does not reflect January or February data. Wally will call OAM and find out why this is so.Will also address the late check cashing issues.

Old Business

• Lights on break wall. Kevin and Mark will check out and order needed lights as needed.

• Transfer money from American bank to Valley Community Bank for outstanding balance.

• Website. Still looks good. Will keep it hosted on Yahoo. Kevin will make signs with address and put out when it gets a little warmer (By April 1).

• Mark will draft a letters concerning the trees and boat issues. The trees must be removed by 15 April.

• Issue of split rail fence along the bike trail behind Stewart Av. Need to send letter to affected residents explaining our intentions and have a hearing to discuss the process and issues involved.

• Review email from resident that did not receive mailing of annual meeting. Mark will review the database and send Dan the results. Dan will forward response to resident.

• Wally will contact OAM regarding landscaping bids for new year.

• Mark will get contacts concerning wetland maintenance.

• Contact village to extend the front island with yellow striping.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:23 pm. Next meeting is at Wally's house on 1 April 2003.
