Old Business
Landscaping
bids to go out by Friday March 15th. We will extend Winters contract
if it gets too late for bids.
Electrician
to check out the light at entrance that is not working.
New/Pending
Business
Resident
had a problem with paying association because they were not told
of requirement. Villa Management is sending out a letter and copying
the board.
Cari will contact
real estate offices to sponsor a subdivision garage sale middle
of April and August.
Activity Committee
Coordinator will be Bert. Wally will check with Steve to make a
letter from the Board introducing the Board, the scope, information
about fence/deck/etc., distinguish warranty vs. board responsibilities,
email address for questions/concerns from residents, and looking
for volunteers to be on the activity board.
Mark will check
with the Village and Condo Association to see if they are interested
in a basic Web page.
