Board of Directors Meeting
July 2, 2003

Meeting called to order at 7:56 pm

Attendance:

Vice President- Dan Taddei
2nd Vice President- Kevin Fatten
Treasurer- Mark Bozik

Minutes for June were reviewed and approved.

Treasurer’s Report

• Balance of account = $68,429.26
• Attorney letter has been sent to 38 homeowners for outstanding 2003 assessments.

Open Action Items

• Dan will check with OEM about current CD rates so reserve funds can earn more interest for future costs, to avoid special assessments.
• Dan will talk to OEM about adding Miscellaneous Maintenance to our budget.
• Dan needs to talk to the Army Corp of Engineers about the wetlands. We would like 3 feet on either side of the bike path kept trim by Winters Landscaping. We need to contact the village engineer about rules and regulations.
• Mark is checking the status of the village taking over the property from Centex. Centex still has 2 houses to sell last time it was checked.

Activity Committee Update

• 2003 Summer Fest date still to be determined. Volunteers still needed. Please email Kevin for further details.
