Board of Directors Meeting
February 4, 2004

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm

Attendance:
President - Mark Bozik
Vice President - Elizabeth Klages
2nd Vice President - Kevin Fatten
Treasurer - Michael Savini
Secretary - Cari Podolak

Minutes for January 2004 were reviewed and approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Annual Assessments being received will report next month.

New Business

New OAM Representative. Cari will forward information to Barb for the website.

Kevin will order the job box for miscellaneous items such as light bulbs, Decorations, etc.

Landscaping Bids:
Winter’s Quote $3,150 per month.
Need to get more quotes. Cari will send out to other local landscapers.

Oasis annual contract for the sprinkler system for $1,700 was motioned and unanimously approved. It includes all costs for turning it on, mid-season, winterizing lines, and RPZ certification.

Need to find out how we can contact the townhomes Board.

Only one resident (Barb who does our website) was at the open meeting. We gave her Yahoo information and discussed who can handle the letters and inquiries to the website.
